On Jan 25th 2025 the Schodack Valley Fire Department held it's annual installation dinner and Oath of Office for the Department Officers. The dinner was held at the Elks Lodge in East Greenbush. The event was attended by members of the department and their family members. Jim Adams received an award for many years of service as President of the fire company, congratulations Jim Adams and thank you. Leadership from Rensselaer County also attended the dinner. Jake Ashby, 43rd Senate District was also in attendance. We want to thank everyone who made this a great night and looking forward to a new year of cooperation and progress.
